Football,
fully inclusive

Noor FC is a not-for-profit community football club, open to anyone local who wants a game. No trials. No cuts. No cost to start.

NOOR FC

WHAT
WE’RE
BUILDING

Noor FC is a football club for young people who would otherwise be priced out, overlooked, or simply never asked.

We're open to kids from Noor Homes and kids from the surrounding streets — most from less privileged backgrounds — and there's no barrier over money, kit, or ability. We run four levels so every player gets a proper game at their own pace, build life skills into the way every session runs, and bring local clubs and the professional game alongside our players.

This is not a profit-making venture. It's a community being built, and football is how we do it.

One Club,
One Badge

Noor FC brings together our homes, the local community, and partner clubs under a single badge — one properly constituted club that anybody local can join, not a scheme attached to a care company.

Same shirt, same coaches, same rules, wherever a player happens to live. Nobody watching from the touchline can tell who lives where. That's deliberate.

What players get: a game every week, life skills taught alongside the football, and somewhere to belong.

THERE’S NO
TRIAL YOU
CAN FAIL

No trials. No cuts. Nobody released. Everyone gets minutes, every week. It’s free to start — beginners and borrowed boots are welcome.

FIRST TOUCH
Never played, or not for years

No experience needed. Show up once and we'll take care of the rest — there's a place for everyone from the very first session.

DEVELOPMENT
Plays a bit, wants to get better

Regular sessions focused on building real skills. You'll train with coaches and improve week by week in a supportive environment.

MATCH SQUAD
Competitive league football

Competitive fixtures every week. Represent the club, play to win, and push your game to the next level alongside serious teammates.

WHISTLE & BADGE
Coach or referee instead of playing

Step onto the sideline with purpose. Train as a coach or referee and play a direct role in shaping the next generation of players.

The part that isn’t about football

What we teach on
the pitch shows up
everywhere else

Every session is built to teach more than the game: timekeeping, for college, work and appointments; teamwork, for sharing a house with others; taking a bad decision well, for a boss, a tutor or a landlord; losing, for rejections and knock-backs; frustration, for most of adult life; and responsibility, for bills, keys and deadlines.

Noor FC team celebrating

Built with local clubs,
Not against them

A network, not a rival — with one badge in the middle of it.

Noor FC isn’t building a rival club — we’re building a network with one badge in the middle of it.

Heard on the touchline

In their
own words.

From parents on the sideline to players who weren’t sure they’d fit in — here’s what the Noor FC community has to say.

“My son had never played on a team before and was nervous about fitting in. Within a few weeks he was going every week without me having to ask. It’s given him something to look forward to.”

Parent of a First Touch player

“I didn’t think I was good enough to join a proper club. Turns out that didn’t matter here — I just needed to show up. Now I’ve got mates I train with every week.”

Development squad player

“What stands out is that nobody gets left out. You see kids who’ve never kicked a ball standing next to lads who play competitively, and everyone gets a game.”

Noor FC coach

“It’s rare to see a club built this deliberately around inclusion rather than performance. The badge means the same thing whether you’re just starting out or playing competitive fixtures.”
